Agree. It's a systemic/institutional issue with UA - I've had the same FROZEN salad many times on IAH-EU routes (typically MUC), among other culinary issues. That's not personal preferences but outright inedible (unless you and i have different definitions of edible).

FA in Polaris IAH-FRA a few months ago told me she packed her own food, rather than eat Polaris meals.
