Conformance is always 35 minutes, assuming the bags and check-in are dealt with before the deadline (45 minutes for shorthaul, and 1 hour longhaul, bags can still go in at 45 minutes). The 04:30 start up for non TFW is relatively new, with the result that a lot of people turn up around 04:50 area. So for a 06:05 departure there is some merit in planning to present to security around 05:15 since TFW is open and any queues in main security are likely to be diminished.

Depends how much work it takes to get you out of the door. If it was me, I would set the alarm for 05:00, to get to the First Wing around 05:15 and that would allow a coffee in the lounge if T5A.
