I used a local diving company to go out there, although the main activity was, of course, diving. But they seemed very flexible and were willing to offer other boat activities.
Anything the Sira offered was highly marked up, for obvious reasons. Taxi prices they offer, even for a very local trip, were way higher than what any local or other company would offer.
If it were me, I'd seek out a trusted local provider to get over there.
