(My UK261 claim they agreed with, still waiting on the week of expenses)
Not EU261m but my claim for expenses related to the strike was approved and I received an email saying I'd get an Interac e-transfer link withing 7 days. More than 10 days came and went so I escalated it back to Customer Care, no response after 24 hrs so escalated to Concierge. Within an hour got another email apologizing for the delays and that I would now receive the Interac e-transfer link within 10 days. Let's see if that happens or not...
