I think perhaps I WILL just fly to FUK... If so, schedule will look like:

Dec 26 (FRI): Arrive before 11AM (Not sure there is enough time to have an excursion on this day? Half day city tour of Fukuoka?)

Dec 27 (SAT): Whole day to Nagasaki? Or Huis Ten Bosch + Sasebo?

Dec 28 (SUN): Probably best day to go to Hiroshima?

Dec 29 (MON): Kumamoto? Kagoshima? Or Fukuoka?

Dec 30: Depart. (One flight option leaves at 9AM, and the other at around 6PM - Maybe shopping day in Fukuoka?)

Which places are good to visit in Winter time? It's not like this will be my last time to visit here. I would probably want to visit again in late-summer or early autumn when it is a bit more green than December.

I have a Japan TTP card. Does FUK have the automated gates?
