Thanks! I thought that might be the case. I don’t mind noise or activity per se, but the ability to wake up and walk around the corner to a top-notch coffee shop is so nice. That said, if I need/want Hyatt EQN, I might accept the necessary compromise of having to walk 10ish minutes to those coffee shops!
