Well - got a weird email after kind of giving up on this bunch stating that my status match has been approved- the day after another rejection email. Interesting - as I didn't submit any further paperwork and was going to take some time away from this fiasco. However, now 5 days later, it hasn't updated yet. Will give them the benefit of the doubt and wait the full 10 days, but not holding my breath either. Let's see what happens...
