Very odd.

I had hoped to shed some light on this today by having a look at the internal system to see the configuration of the aircraft operating your flights.

on your dates and a few others in May the BA2037 configuration is showing as

J32 W48 M192. The day before and after your outbound are showing normal.

normal LGW 777 configs are either J32 W48 M252 or J32 W52 M250 depending on whether it’s a GE90 or RR powered aircraft.

the fact your configuration in J and W matches the LGW configuration but shows M192 makes no sense nor does the seat maps above. standard LGW 777s in M go back to row 45 from memory, the above seat maps only go to row 39.

The seeming loss of 40/41/42/43/44/45 DEFG plus some AB JK seats would account (I guess) for the M192 config rather than the 250/252M but why on earth would this be, something I’ve never seen before.

Even the 39EF only seats makes no sense.

I shall watch this thread with interest and hope someone can explain what’s going on.
