From the wiki:

• GS can access VIP Lounge at LHR (former Global First Lounges) when booked in Polaris Business on an international itinerary. One guest permitted (two guests if a United Club member).

I was there last month, but it didn’t seem that the former GS lounge had any VIP requirements to enter? Is this true, or is it just another part of the lounge now? (It was also pretty sad to be VIP imo, but maybe thats just me.)
