I went through ORD last week. Several issues, but the one I want to point out now is the Admirals Club closing time. The posted closing time was 10:00. I asked the bartender when last call was. He said 9:30 and then 9:45 they would take the food away. They did call last call at 9:30 and by 9:35 they had TVs shut off, were taking the food away (which I already had eaten) and started making announcements. Basically saying to either head to your gate or to the other club that was open until 11:00. I was delayed and planning on just hanging out at this club watching the game until 10:00 and then head to my gate (where I was supposed to be 10 minutes after, but that is another story). I felt unwelcome to stay until 10:00 with the announcements and turning the TVs off, so I finished my drink and headed out of there.
