The Indian subcontinent and the Middle East are now two separate AAdvantage zones, so the question would be whether a Middle East transit on an Indian subcontinent to Europe award is a published exception to the "no third zone transit" rule on AAdvantage awards. I don't know the answer to that.

(CMN is now in AA's Europe zone.)
