This is for Sep 2026. I was hoping to book MAA-AUH-CMN or MAA-DOH-CMN on Etihad or Qatar. But they are not showing up in the search results. All the options involve a connection in Europe. Is this because of some routing rules?

If I put two separate flights on hold, say MAA-DOH and DOH-CMN, will the customer service agent be able to book it as one award ticket?
