If you find that the website and/or app are not showing your certificates and ecredits, please note that this is now a known issue for Delta, and they are actively working to resolve the matter. They did not have a resolution date yet and asked for patience while they are working on it.
I submitted a complaint and got a call to explain the above. They credited 5k miles for the inconvenience.
