I will say though, 169€ per person to upgrade RIX-LGW I’ve been getting is not worth it. I only go for J if the price isn’t astronomical but economy is rather costly now on the route and it’s hard to justify the stupidly higher price point (maybe I’m unlucky?) and very poor upgrade offer.

You can check this thread, it's probably not 100% up-to-date but it's a list of the A220s that have starlink installed... re: business upgrades, you're best off submitting a bid, just on the popular RIX-LGW route you might not be as lucky as with other routes.
