So you may want to convert to the Freedom Flex card, especially if you already have a 2% general cashback card from another bank such as Citi or Wells Fargo, given that 2% if better than 1.5% if you're just going to use it as cashback.
I don't use any card for 2%. 2% doesn't impress me and neither does 3%. For any purchase I make on cards, I can usually find a higher option.
When I see CFU, the first thing that comes to my mind is not Chase Freedom Unlimited and that is the way I feel about that card.
