I think Tenso used to ship within Japan many years ago but Google AI tells me they don't usually these days. It might be worth e-mailing since their business model may need to adjust to current conditions.
There's also mailbox services "Category Japanese Term(s) Description & Use Case Private Mailbox 私設私書箱 (Shisetsu Shishobako) - Private mailbox Provides you with a legal mailing address in Japan. This is useful for privacy, for people moving around, or those who need a separate address for online purchases. They can hold mail and forward it to a new domestic address on request. Key Companies: MyLetter.jp (マイレター・ドット・ジェイピー), PostCast (ポストキャスト), J-address." - from Gemini. Might need a Japanese phone number and etc.
Most of what I purchase in Japan can be found year round online, excepting seasonality, so generally isn't really worth a holding & consolidation fees but people who are into collectibles might want to see what other collectors are doing.
