I certainly understood that the first issue the OP was complaining about was a hotel booking. The post at issue where I, as I have already conceded hours ago, made an error, referred to "Avios support" and another "booking" unrelated to the cancelation penalty "nightmare" the main post was about. Of course, as we all know, an Avios booking can be for hotels, or flights, or other things. I misunderstood, which I acknowledged promptly.
