Currently have the AF Plat card since about 5y and before the gold card for 12y. Charging about 40k/year on the card.
Last year the offer was 35+35 after 5000€ within 3 months.
Smart move, tried it just now but no such offer(10+ years customer, Gold then Plat, high spend as well. Could be the agent on the chat that’s poorly handling it. They’re aware of the change and have talking points: “enhancement of your benefits” &#128514
