EZ is coming up £160 pp for our travel dates, with no checked bag or other frills. From LGW I have paid 6K Avios plus £100 pp and we get checked bags, lounge access, free seat selection, priority boarding etc, plus are able to cancel for £35pp if the trip was to be cancelled or disrupted. So yes, I don't think the LCCs are competitive at MAN in this occasion!
If you value Avios at 1p, then you have
EZ £160 + bags (£46 Smart+) + lounge (£36+£30) + fast track (£5.50 + £5) + cost of taxi to MAN (£10) = £292
BA 6k Avios (£60) + taxes (£100) + cost of driving to LGW (£40) + cost of parking (£50) = £240
