Anyone notice any odd things going on with their AP and SP posting to AirNZ from KB Plat card?
Normally I get a statement on the 15th and points post same day, this month I had some AP & SP post randomly on 6th Oct, unsure why that is I guess it may be some sort of part month accrual. Received my statement today which of course no longer has AP or SP earn displayed, as yet nothing posted to AirNZ activity statement.
I suppose I'll give it a day or 2 to see if anything posts
Some more APD and SP have posted at account yesterday, things still don't add up unsurprisingly.
Points posted from the 6th and 20th don't add up to what I expected based on the statement spend amount on the 15th, to me it appears the points allocation have been decoupled from statement, and they are just firing through accruals out of sync. I got no meaningful reply from Kiwibank, canned replies and seemed very disinterested.
I guess will just check at end of month what happens to make sure all points due are posted
