Don't really think anything has changed from the extensive data and data points we've covered here. FHR sop specifically says it's eligible. THC is not included in that but in most cases, it qualifies as well as it appears to largely be usually treated the same. If you don't get THC credited, the logical thing is to accept it because you are technically outside the parameters as we understand them, but chances are high it will credit.
