Hi everyone,

I’ve read all the super helpful content on this forum but im a bit lost. I tried calling the US number which I believe is 1-800-247-9297 took book a return leg for an Avios booking. I called at 12:55am and got though to an Indian gentleman who said he’s unable to make Avios bookings and that I needed to a call another US number which he gave me but the phone line was closed when I tried it. By this point it was past 1am and I had already lost the flights.

Was this number not the right number or did I just get super unlucky with an agent?

would appreciate some help as I will try again tomorrow at 1am.
