You can tell from the replies of others on the thread that some others have had similar early check-in problems. Some subscribers will pay anything to have access to their room early other refused to pay for early access to their room.
So what is Marriott’s policy on early check-in?
Marriott’s website shows “Guaranteed Early Check-In” at 10:00 A.M. of course this is subject to rooms being available.
With Your 24 I believe all hotels in the chain honors that.
I don’t know if Guaranteed Early Check-In is included in the T & C.
So we know there is procedure for a Guaranteed Early Check-in.
Have you found a thread previously with the phrase Guaranteed Early Check-In?
I think most guests that arrive early at their hotel would like to have a room unless they have a prearranged activity or a scheduled meeting.
how long you've been staying at various marriott properties is irrelevant.
early checkin is offered if there's an available room. You can roll the dice, or this property has given you an option to pay to ensure that you will be able to check in early. I'm not sure what is difficult to understand about this.
it's just like a suite upgrade. If one is available, you may be upgraded due to status. If you don't want to roll the dice, you can book the room you want (and pay the corresponding rate). It's exactly the same thing.
