In mid-November the prevailing wind will be NW so runway 31 is the most likely runway for landing. NE winds are possible which would favor runway 4 for landing. So, overall, the best chance of a better view in November will be the left side of the plane.

Of course in NY in November any weather is possible so it's entirely possible that runway 22 is used for landing. I'd book the left side for now and look at the weather the day before and possibly change to the right side if there's any southerly component to the wind (especially SW).
