Due to the government shutdown and the subsequent closing of the private D1 security line, the D1 Premium Services agents have been trying to escort all D1 check in pax to special priority TSA lines in the regular section. It’s a lot of additional work for them especially during peak when there are many D1 pax but from what I have seen and experienced, they have been doing a great job with personally escorting D1 pax to and through the lines.
That's good to hear. I'm flying out tomorrow evening in D1. Any need to allow additional time? Is the Touchless ID line still functioning efficiently? It's been a few months but my last couple of times flying out of T4 (not in D1) that has been great.
