I don't think BA has yet reliably implemented that you get nTP credit when purchasing an upgrade, let alone taking nTP away when it gets reimbursed. Strictly speaking, if your fare gets retrospectively recalculated and partly reimbursed, then you would be entitled to fewer nTP.
