Hi, asking abt Titanium benefits on GHA and what seems to be limits on room types for GHA members.
We are trying to find a hotel in Rome - thinking abt booking NH Collection hotels - figuring out that GHA Titanium might come in handy.
We are looking at NH Roma Centro. On NH website - Roma Centro has a duplex suite. On GHA website, this room type does not show up.
Questions;
1. Is this a common practice with NH hotels?
2. I read that Titanium GHA gets 2 level room upgrades, how much is this followed by the hotels normally? Is this more like the Bonvoy SNA treatment (which is not really good - our track record as Plat and Titanium are low in success rate), or more like Hyatt (dependable)?
3. Is MINOR program same as GHA program - or are they completely different - just happen to use same levels terminology?

If a room type is showing on the hotel’s own website but not on the GHA DISCOVERY platform, we recommend booking it directly with the hotel. As a Titanium member, you would still be eligible for a double room upgrade, subject to availability at check-in.
We also recommend emailing the hotel directly to confirm the details of your stay and eligible upgrades.
Lastly, Minor DISCOVERY is part of the same GHA DISCOVERY programme, so your Titanium status and benefits apply across participating properties.
