The status points for the card spend of December won't be posted until sometime mid-January, and that just might be what would qualify you for a 2026 tier. That could be a frustrating beginning to the new year, I would think.
don’t they backdate just like every other month? Post in week 3 of month X, but are backdated to the last day of the previous month?
also, current status now carries over through January so that helps bridge any transition/ final month accounting.
