I don’t know if this is just a feeling, but 737 of any type always seems less spacious than A320 series. I really notice it if I connx on TK from, say, A321 to 737. Seen from row 1 as the door is closed, it always seems like the side with the door slopes inwards much more than Airbus. The galley on the right seems more cramped.
A320 family cabin is wider always, plus the 737 fuselage doesn't achieve it's full width until quite far down the cabin. I think this is a facet of the history of the fuselage first built as a 707 with very different expectations of what would be going on in the front.
