Success! Used 2 certs for ICN-SEA today and was successfully upgraded to business.

72 hours before there were about 7 seats available, and A inventory. It took until about T-50 for it to process - I didn’t get an email until 24 hours out, but clues online included a “schedule change” and “inability to change seat”.

Was super excited to try the 787 and was… underwhelmed, unfortunately. I should do another thread (not sure where), but in short:
- Meals are small, not great, and served at once. Yes, this is changing when it becomes AS operated but worth noting it’s effectively domestic AS F service.
- Foot space is brutal. I’m 6’2 and have never felt so cramped in my knee and foot area, I much prefer AA A321T F, AA 777-200 J, JAL Sky Suite and so on.

In short though, super happy to get the upgrade and will keep everyone posted on how it credits!
