The credits are harder to offset. Turo is much harder to use than Avis on the exec, plus what works out to 8x trips to use.
just to add, i very often see a citi offer for turo. there is an offer now on every of my non-aa citi cards for $25 back with $150 spend, which can make the credit worth even less depending on the circumstances
