No. I’ve already reached 1K on PQD and PQS, without help from credit card spend. I’ll likely end 2025, with $40K in spend on UA, plus $6K in PQD from credit card spend. It would be nice if the 6K in credit card PQD would count toward additional Plus Points, I can always use Plus Points.
