First, had you already met the re-qualification for your next member year 01 Nov 2025 to 31 Oct 2026? If not, then what you have described seems generous.

I'd have thought a Status Hold meant 'freezing' everything (including benefits) until the 'hold' period ends. Maybe I am just a grinch .....
