Love that you guys added the loyalty-eligible hotel bookings!

I haven't booked any yet through your site yet, however - the issue is resort fees (where applicable) aren't specifically shown on the checkout/pricing pages. Based on looking at prices alone, sometimes it looks like you're including the resort fees in the "pay now" price, and other times it looks like the resort fee is not included (but also not disclosed, which I'm not sure is even legal these days).

Two examples I was looking at were the Hotel Figueroa (which has a resort fee, and seemed like it was not included in your pricing, but also not disclosed that it would be due on property), and the Rio Las Vegas (which also has a resort fee, and IIRC seemed like it was included in your pay now price, but again not disclosed either way).

This matters a lot for people with e.g. Globalist status, who are exempt from resort fees, and who obviously don't want to prepay them.

My preference - never include resort fees in the prepay amount (have them paid on property), and always disclose the predicted amount to be paid at property, breaking these fees out specifically.

Chase is also bad at this recently (some of the Edit bookings are somewhat ambiguous in this regard, and prepaying resort fees often leads to confusion when on-property when they charge you again for them). But Amex seems to be pretty good at it - I haven't seen a case yet where it was ambiguous on their site.

Anyway, love the progress you've made, and I'm hoping you might be able to make some changes to clarify this stuff on the site!
