When I flew on a 787 operating to AMS a few years ago, CE were offered Club World seats, while ET passengers were able to select either the WT or WTP cabins. But at check in I realised that I had been moved to the WT cabin. CE remained in CW. I presumed they would have allowed people to stay in WTP if WT had been full (or close to it).
