Thanks for looking at that, but it just sent me the same Ticket for your trip email, without the attached PDF file of the e-ticket receipt. That email is not formatted for printing.
If your ticket is AF issued, then you will get the pdf when you click the email option in manage my booking. For KLM you only get the email. But, at the top of the email there's a link to view in browser. This opens a window wirh the ticket and can print it. Sometimes I even convert that to pdf.
