I spent an hour trying to figure how to get my $100 Amazon redemption.
The review by Josh Riley on TrustPilot was my same exact experience.
The problem is they would not allow my email address, or my wife's email address to work. It had to be a Gmail email address in order for things to work. That is a really bad system.
They'd need to incentive me with lots more than 10X GO points to give them another chance.
