Have struggled with Avianca's IT this morning

Trying to add bags to multiple fights in Ecuador and Columbia

When you go to pay for the additional bag you get the wrong fight appear on the confirm page ; seems to be a later flight in the day on every flight I tried

I tried phoning the UK avianca help number which I presume is routed to Columbia . They didn't see this glitch on their system but it proved impossible to use a uk credit card on their phone system. I tried 3 different ones

In the end I realised it must be an IT glitch . After I paid for the bag it did appear added to the right flight

I tried using their on line chat and what's app link at one stage; the boy just kept saying I don't understand you! Start again!
