I would think they should have some sort of schedule around when hot food comes out. Maybe ask at your most used lounges, and make a note in your phone? Then it can help you plan whether you eat before you go to the airport or something in future.

If I don’t see something I like in the lounge then I just walk out and go get something from the other shops at the airport.
