Personally I would go for the Wiener Schnitzel in the lounge rather than on board for various reasons (Schnitzel needs to be thin and very wide, freshly prepared in butter etc) while a beef filet is the better choice for me when on board.
I will be on that flight in about 4 weeks time.
That would be ideal but since my flight leaves in the morning, not sure if Schnitzel would even be an option in the lounge.
