On a slightly different note, maybe if the compensation offered in the first place was say £50 instead of £20 the pax might have just shrugged, taken it as "one of those things" and said no more about it. Whatever you feel about the quality and portion control in CW if you're handed what you think is a bit of an insult then it only makes the situation worse.
