to be perfectly accurate, (1) the FAA approved the final environmental assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact, and (2) the SEA Master Plan states that all 31 projects will be under construction or complete by 2032

next step is a State Environmental Policy Act review; I have little doubt that one outcome of that process will be that the completion date will slide several years to the right
