Looks like the FAA gave the green light this week to Seattle’s new standalone terminal. 19 gates with an estimated completion of 2032.

All hypothetical, but I could see a world where Southwest, United, Air Canada, etc move to the new terminal, leaving more gates open for Delta expansion.
