Typical sloppy reporting. The flight was from Portland to Dallas Fort Worth (DFW). Alaska discontinued service to Dallas Love Field (DAL) in May. Unless the passenger became irate upon learning that the flight was actually going to DFW and not DAL…😝

The “cited” CBS News article that they cribbed from for their “news gathering” doesn’t use any airport codes, just Portland, Boise and Dallas. Clearly the passionate author of this leading publication needs to continue to expand his knowledge….
