Stayed here for 2 nights earlier this month. It was on Amex Hotel Collection and I wanted to go ahead and burn the $300 credit rather than worrying about it. The stay was $505 after tax plus $35/night resort fee, and I then got $100 in property credit, $36/night in F&B credit for Hilton Gold, and $10/night F&B as part of the resort fee. So I ended up paying $275 but getting $192 in credits.
To use the $46/night in F&B credits I went to the rooftop bar, which I thought offered quite good food with the characteristically terrible service of a place that charges a 20% service fee upfront regardless of how the service actually is. I had the ceviche one day and the salmon the next. Both were excellent.
The room was cute, much nicer than I expected. Shower pressure was fine. No noise issues.
I used valet parking which was a whopping $65 plus tax per night -- but the $100 Amex credit took the sting out of that. Unfortunately, the text-to-retrieve system was not working (I wish all properties had such a system). But calling down to request the car worked fine.
Overall the big negative was the location. It's just a terrible part of town, and traffic is such that it takes forever to get anywhere anyone would want to be. I knew going in that I would hate the location but only after being there did I realize just how bad it is. The only people who seem to voluntarily live there are grad students and young professionals who can't afford to live in nicer areas but who value living "in the district" enough to be there rather than in more affordable and nicer digs in Arlington.
If I actually had to be in NoMa, I would return.
