Well this looks very impressive. The opening of this Concorde offering would appear to knock JFK into 4th place in the US Lounge stakes (after BOS and IAD). And the Chelsea seems rapidly to be degrading the food offering, to go with the extremely average hard product. Are the old members of the Special Services team still at MIA?
