And not only that, but they also don't refund the "administrative fee" charged by the rental car company. I had minor damage to a rental car in Corsica this summer, the total cost to me was 190€, and I got reimbursed exactly 0€ by EuropAssistance. Not to mention that the latter takes a week each time to reply to any update or additional documentation provided.
The new XP booster rule actually works in my favour, but between the reduced mileage earning, mediocre insurance and fee hike, I'm wondering if I wouldn't be better off with Revolut Ultra.
