Since P booking class is a valid code on Etihad's webpage on the Flying Blue website then it will earn Flying Blue Miles, at Miles = Distance (miles) x 400%. Remember, that Etihad is not a SkyTeam member so there are no Miles based on the Flying Blue elite status bonus.
