Note it's on EI stock but on Emerald metal (EI contract carrier), an ATR-72. Cabin bag size is smaller than mainline.

I've called EI successfully and booked seats 300+ days out by calling when they open in the morning...I've also had luck with their What's App, but it can take a few days.
