Agreed - far better than any lounge that BA operates in my experience.
That said, I would only rate it as such when the downstairs bar and restaurant is open. When this is not the case, I’d probably say the Cathay lounge is better as the buffet and drinks upstairs in Qantas aren’t quite as good.
I’ve only experienced the business lounges so can’t comment on F lounges in T3.
